Do you ever feel like it’s groundhogs day? Doing the same thing over and over day after day with very little breaks or excitement to the routine? 

I have been feeling that way lately, and have been feeling a bit stuck and unsure of how to get off this hamster wheel of life. How do I put a pep back into my step? How do I get excited again? 

To be honest, I’m not entirely sure. But what I do know is that putting myself on a routine and bringing back some of the habits I once lived by, made me feel good again.
