Hey guys! 

I was going through my blog and I can’t believe that I never posted the recipe to these protein balls I have most weekday mornings. I posted them on my Instagram stories many times, BUT now they have a permanent home and you can find the recipe anytime that your little heart desires. 🙂

Forewarning, they are the most delicious little snack, and you MUST make extras. Dan is a huge fan of these so I have to make him a separate batch so he keeps his paws off of mine! We get very territorial about these in the home, so beware!

Peanut Butter Protein Balls 


3 cups of rolled oats 

1 cup of peanut butter 

½ cup of honey

2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal 

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Step 1:  Add together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed meal, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix it all together. 

Note** Depending on the brand of rolled oats I use sometimes I will add another 1/2 cup or more to make the ‘batter’ less sticky and drier. This is totally a personal preference. 

Step 2: Roll the mixture into 1-2 inch balls and store them in a plastic or glass Tupperware container. 

Step 3: Label the containers and then hide them away so you don’t have to share. =] 

This is honestly the easiest snack to make AND the most delicious. It’s good for the heart and soul. I hope you love it as much as I do.
